Grupo Resende Corp is a company with more than 40 years of experience in the construction sector Venezuela.
In 2010 we arrived in Panama to develop residential and commercial projects. For our group it is of vital importance to offer our clients innovative investment opportunities, with high quality standards and great architectural value, in order to guarantee them the maximum benefit in their investment, as a value added to our works!
To date we have built two excellent commercial projects, such as Centro Plaza and Plaza Milla 8. In residential we are currently building Vistamar Golf Village, 23 luxury homes in a golf and beach resort, whose first stage is already ready for delivery .
In the Costa Sur area we are developing CostaMare a project of 26 apartments towers of five floors each surrounded by extensive green areas.
